I offer a safe space, based on active listening, impactful questions and constructive challenge, to give your decisions the foundation they need to be effective.

Being a generalist, my own experience is broad, with many fingers in many pies - sometimes literally as I spent a long time in the hospitality industry. I understand commercial and financial pressures as well as the challenges facing the not-for-profit sector. My approach is rooted in positive pragmatism, I am allergic to jargon and I always look for realistic, lasting solutions to tricky problems.
